About the Role

Enphase Energy is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Staff – Supply Chain Management professional to lead global supply planning, inventory optimization, and operational execution across our worldwide distribution network. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, uninterrupted supply, and exceptional customer service. You will leverage advanced analytics, AI-enabled planning tools, and data-driven insights to drive operational excellence, improve supply chain resilience, and support executive decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead global supply planning activities by analyzing demand signals, market trends, and business drivers to develop accurate supply and inventory plans.
  • Drive factory loading plans, MRP execution, and capacity planning while proactively identifying and mitigating material and supply risks.
  • Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to improve operational performance, responsiveness, and factory utilization.
  • Manage global logistics and distribution activities, ensuring timely product availability while optimizing transportation and inventory costs.
  • Support NPI launches, product transitions, and lifecycle management initiatives through effective planning and material balancing strategies.
  • Develop executive dashboards, analytics, scenario modeling, and reporting to support strategic business and supply chain decisions.
  • Drive continuous process improvements through automation, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech); MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 10–12 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, MRP execution, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and experience leveraging advanced planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning methodologies, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, scenario modeling, and large-scale data analysis.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering teams in a global environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
